Please do not send detailed health or medical information through the website forms or by email. Detailed medical information is best discussed directly with the physiotherapist, in person or by phone.
How your information is used
To respond to your request, arrange a visit, and answer your questions. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
How it is protected
Appointment and contact information should be handled securely, kept only as long as needed, and shared only with people involved in arranging or providing your care, or as required by law.
The AI assistant
Physio Guide answers general questions and is not a medical record. Please do not enter personal health details into the chat. Messages are sent to an AI service to generate a reply.
Health records
Clinical records created during physiotherapy care are handled under Ontario health privacy rules and the physiotherapist's professional obligations, separately from this website.
